Job description: Duties:

• Prepare internal applications for payments to banks and investors
• Assist in month-end accounting schedules and regular investor reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP and other internal accounting / approval systems
• Assist in collecting and retrieving documentation to support due diligence exercise for financing and special transactions
• Assist in preparation of loan related documents to financial institutions
• Assist in team administrative and ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned, e.g. system development project

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in Accounting / Finance or relating discipline would be an advantage
• Professional qualification in Accounting / Finance would be an advantage
• At least 2 years relevant or accounting experience
• Experience in auditing or Chinese Enterprise would be an advantage
• Numerical sensitive, well organised, and attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and independent
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
• Experience in accounting software is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
