Job description: Senior Officer Data AnalysisAl Ghurair is seeking a Senior Officer Data Analysis to support the Mall Management department by developing data-driven insights and improving business performance. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in data automation, reporting systems, and forecasting models. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to optimizing key business processes.What You Will Do– Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track key performance metrics.
– Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance data for stakeholders.
– Compile and analyze data for weekly and monthly business reviews, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
– Identify new metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business analysis.
– Implement new data models and reporting techniques to improve decision-making processes.
– Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization through automation.
– Support process re-engineering efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
– Develop and maintain forecasting models and tools for business planning and budgeting.Who You Are– Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with certification in Data Analysis.
– Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting.
– Experience in the commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and data automation techniques.
