Job description: Our client is a leading Insurance Company, they are currently looking for a high calibre to fill up the below position:Senior Officer, Customer Service (Internal Agent Support)Job Duties:Handle distributor enquiry on aspect of Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims.Provide excellent end to end service with positive customer mindset.Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls from sales channel in a timely manner, including counter service if job rotated.Identifying distributors’ needs, clarify information, research every issues and providing solutionsBuild sustainable relationships and engage distributors by taking the extra mileAnticipate escalation and take over calls when neededKeep management informed on issues and problemsPrepare monthly/ annual results and performance reportsRequirements:Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or University Degree holder2+ years of relevant working experience in insurance / financial industryGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttentive to details, well-organized with good problem solving skillsGood PC skills of MS Word and MS Excel and Power PointAttractive remuneration package, fringe benefits and good career prospect will be provided to the right candidate.Interested parties please send full resume with followings to [email redacted, apply via Company website]1.
