We aim to enrich lives everywhere by providing “LifeWear” to customers around the world.With this context, the Information Security Office is responsible with the mission of protecting the important information of our customers and all confidential information within our company, to ensure a secure business environment for business growth.In order to accomplish this mission, we are looking for a key participant in the corporate security program. This person will take responsibility for governance, compliance, risk assessment, and awareness in local ISO and participate in other regional ISO support.Job Description:
- Handle Information Security Management, addressing information security threats and incidents, and driving remediation.
- In conjunction with the Legal team, identify information management and protection laws and regulations and implement actions to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Identify, track, and oversee internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements (PCI, Data Privacy, etc.) for the organization including compliance with established policies, procedures, standards, baselines, and controls.
- Maintain an information management and protection framework for an effective company-wide governance program.
- Manage information security awareness programs and provide training to all employees.
- Guide and support employees, and provide security training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security and best practices within the organization.
- Manage day-to-day security activities, including conducting vendor security assessments and privacy security assessments, implementing company policies, and communicating related to the information security program.
- Manage and support the Information Security requirements across different BUs.
- Support other local ISO members in different regions as a regional ISO team member.
- Response to security incidents (personal/confidential information, system hacking, local employee information leakage, information breach, store physical security, customer center security).
- Manage warehouse network/system/physical security.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a focused experience in incident response and training.
- Degree or above in IT, Security, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge and experience in information risk assessment and compliance needs.
- Knowledge and experience in information security frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience in applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to security and data privacy.
- Good understanding of information security governance frameworks such as ISO27001 (and ISO27701 framework, NIST CSF, etc.,)
- Understanding and ability of risk analysis for cyber threats is preferred.
- Other technical and/or security certifications are preferred. (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS, GIAC, etc.).
- Experience across common security platforms including Microsoft Office 365, and Network.
- Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on emerging threats and technologies.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Putonghua
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager
