Reporting to the Senior Manager – Meter to Cash, the appointee will be part of a collaborative team in designing the future end state, driving business process improvement initiatives, establishing cross-functional performance metrics, and supporting the development of new customer service offering. The appointee will have the opportunity to gain a broad exposure of CLP business and technical functions and make an immediate impact.Key responsibilities:

• Identify, prioritize, and drive operational reviews and process improvement initiatives across business functions;
• Work with stakeholder s to identify pain points of the meter to cash processes, co-create the future end state, work out the implementation plan and business case;
• Co-ordinate and track progress of different initiatives to ensure their timely delivery with the agreed budget and quality standards;
• Conduct market research into the latest global practices and assess their applicability to CLP;
• Collaborate with business users to develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs;
• Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Science or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of work experience in business process improvement, operational improvement, or hands on experience across meter to cash processes (e.g., data handling, billing, customer services, etc.);
• Experience in utilities or other asset-dominated industry would be an added advantage;
• Knowledge in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE) would be highly regarded;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude;
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Passionate, creative and organized team player with a strong customer-centric mindset and data driven;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with a high level of integrity;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Knowledge of design thinking, dashboard design, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or ERP implementation is desirable but not a must.
• Candidates with lower academic background or less experience will be considered for a post at a lower rank.
