Job description: ResponsibilitiesResponsible for SMS and bulk production follow up, report key production metrics and WIP to ensure progress is on trackEngage in production management activities including PO management in system, material booking (where necessary), capacity reservation, PO delivery visibility to regions until shipment effectiveMaintain day-to-day communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure vendors comply with all company standards, quality processes and shipping requirementsSupport manager to partner with counterparts in regional offices in the whole supply chain processAble to analyze order status via system reportsReporting activities as required to managementAd hoc and overall duties required from time to time to ensure effectiveness and VM focusRequirementsDSE / Form 5 or aboveMinimum 8 years’ experience on production follow up, preferably gained in buying office or multi-national companiesProficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, technique of using v-lookup and pivot tables in Excel is a mustExcellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin / Cantonese and or another relevant Asian languageAble to work under pressure and with soft skills in cross-cultural collaboration and adaptability / communication with multiple countries in Asia and EuropeUnderstanding of SAP PO & PLM system and experience in WOVEN category will be an advantageInterested parties, please send your resume with expected salary to .
