Job description: Our client is a innovative pharmaceutical company with a robust R&D pipeline, seeking enthusiastic (Senior) Medical Sales Representatives to support new product launches across multiple therapeutic areas, including primary care, oncology, neurology, and dermatology. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities with innovative products aimed at improving patient outcomes.1. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned product portfolios across various therapeutic areas.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in both public and private sectors to foster customer loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist in cross-functional team initiatives to enhance market penetration and product visibility.
  • Strategic Contributions: Contribute strategically to market development and growth of new product launches.

2. Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or related scientific disciplines
  • Min. 1-2 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry, more experienced candidates would be considered as Key Account Executive/ Key Account Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry with strategic mindset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including account management and new business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
