Job description: This Senior Marketing Manager position calls for a creative and strategic thinker who plays a pivotal role in leading marketing strategy and execution, delivering impactful events, and cultivating strategic partnerships that drive mutual value. This role requires a hands-on approach to designing and implementing strategies that will drive the company’s growth.The key responsibilities of the role includes:

• Lead Event Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute high-impact events such as launches, workshops, and internal activations aligned with brand and business goals.
• Oversee Budget & Vendor Management – Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
• Drive Event Marketing – Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies that boost event engagement and conversion.
• Manage Event Operations – Handle logistics including venue selection, registration, communications, and on-site coordination.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships – Identify, propose, and build strong partnerships that support business and marketing objectives.
• Execute Partnership Campaigns – Work with partners and internal teams to activate and deliver collaborative initiatives successfully.
• Track Performance & ROI – Measure event and partnership outcomes against KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep abreast of event and partnership trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
