If youre eager to work on challenging projects in the global audit, tax and accounting space, this is your chance to join a truly remarkable team.Marketing Data AnalystWe are looking for a detailed oriented, highly analytical, and organized person to join our Growth and Marketing team as a strategic data analyst. This role will use technology and marketing systems to help the team drive business while expanding and integrating functional data capabilities.This role will:

• Be responsible for all data tasks in our martech-stack platforms (Hubspot, Zoomlnfo, CauseIQ, etc.) including data input, de-duplication, data standardization across platforms, data integration and migration, pipeline development and updates, new client additions, list uploading / processing, identification, and repair of data quality issues, etc.
• Work to continually establish and improve quality expectations and enforce standards and best practices
• Be proactive in identifying potential opportunities to better work within our data
• Assist in marketing campaigns with list preparation, target lists, email sequences, special requests, etc.
• Support ad hoc analytical support and pipeline reporting for CGO ensuring a thorough understanding of the request/data-use to provide appropriate reporting results
• Perform daily maintenance and external research
• Work within marketing automation to perform updates and campaign workflow
• Perform marketing and growth specific updates as needed
• Provide research and intelligence for active sales pursuits -for new prospects and current clients
• Design and execute reports as requested
• Work with outside vendors on other special data projects
• Communicate clearly and consistently to leaders on projects and routine work status and results

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience with CRM database systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Strong understanding of Excel)
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task projects and requests
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
