We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New Role:Reporting to the Principal, Strategy & Performance, the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance is responsible for preparing an annual recommendation of the Fund’s strategic posture and priorities, with consideration of the Fund’s performance, financials, competitive positioning, capability requirements, differentiation in market, progress towards strategic targets and other relevant considerations. This results in a rolling three-year Strategic Plan for the Fund, delivered annually for endorsement by the Board.The role is also accountable for the development and implementation of a Fund wide performance framework which aligns performance metrics throughout the Fund with those in the Fund Strategy. This includes maintaining a regular, relevant whole of Fund reporting and monitoring cadence for performance.The role has two direct reports, and, as one of two Senior Strategy Managers in the team, will also provide leadership to the broader Strategy & Performance team.Key duties include but are not limited to:
