We are seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships to play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategies and skills development initiatives across the Energy, Gas, and Renewables sectors. What will you be doing?

• Developing and leading a strategic partnership framework aligned with key workforce objectives
• Engaging with industry and government stakeholders to identify skill gaps and workforce challenges
• Establishing and managing formal partnership agreements, including tenders and MOUs
• Overseeing the implementation of partnership initiatives that support workforce development
• Representing the organisation at industry forums, advisory committees, and stakeholder meeting

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing partnership strategies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate industry insights into workforce planning initiatives
• High-level presentation and storytelling abilities
