Through strategic marketing initiatives, customer engagement efforts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, position the company as a trusted partner and preferred provider of telecommunications and ICT solutions for SMEs. The primary role is to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining, and growing the SME customer base. Responsible for defining the SME segment strategy, creating targeted campaigns, and driving customer engagements.Position Information

- Qualification: Bachelor in relevant field
- Experience: Internal Applicants: 6 years of total experience & at least 3 years in a managerial position \ External Applicants: 8 years of total experience & at least 3 years in a managerial position
Key Accountabilities
- Create and implement SME-focused marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities through customer analysis, research, and benchmarking.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns using digital platforms, events, and targeted advertising.
- Ensure campaigns effectively promote the company’s SME offerings and value propositions.
- Develop tailored solutions addressing SME customer pain points and business needs.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and deliverables.
- Develop thought leadership materials, case studies, and insights to strengthen market positioning.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging to resonate with SME audiences.
- Leverage CRM tools to analyze SME customer data, enabling personalized marketing efforts.
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, vendors, and associations to enhance SME offerings.
- Explore collaborative opportunities to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead and mentor the SME marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and SME customer feedback.
- Use insights to guide marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Define OKRs & KPIs to assess the impact of SME marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with organizational guidelines, branding standards, and industry regulations.
