You’ll collaborate across teams to help Australian businesses grow and succeed, while advancing your own career in an organisation that values development, impact, and innovation.What You’ll DoTake ownership of the small business lending pipeline, managing pre-qualified leads, applications, and referrals from multiple internal sourcesGuide customers through the lending process, from initial enquiry through to signing, maximising conversion opportunitiesScreen and prepare lending applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deep understanding of each business’s financial positionPartner with internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, and Mid-Market teams to drive application successMaintain meticulous records and CRM data to support high-quality reporting and pipeline visibilityIdentify customers ready to scale beyond Small Business Lending and proactively refer them to appropriate growth channelsWhat You’ll BringMinimum 5 years’ experience in small business lendingKnowledge of credit assessment, analysis, and lending policiesA passion for customer engagement and a track record of building strong, outcome-focused relationshipsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and move opportunities forwardExceptional organisational and time management skills with attention to detailA mindset for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-moving environmentsWhy Join ?Career Pathways: A commitment to your development.
