We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Senior Manager Reporting, reporting to the Governance Manager, you will ensure a high standard and effectiveness of governance and project management for all transformation activities.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative analytics and reporting solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.A few of your responsibilities:

  • Build, implement and drive a reporting standard across the workstreams to ensure a consistent and unified approach to reporting.
  • Quality control of the inputs received by the project managers whilst cross-checking for accuracy and uplifting as necessary.
  • Assist the Governance Manager with transformation delivery, preparing key governance forums and regular/ad-hoc meetings with key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the management of the overall transformation agenda and roadmap.
  • Supports the management and tracking of budgets and costs of the overall transformation and as required for individual programs/ projects/ initiatives.

What we will be looking for:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective governance
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes and regularly monitor deliverables
  • Experience in directly engaging with regulators and/or Independent Monitors
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and source cooperation from the relevant stakeholders
