Job description: Job description:Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our property sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process-from lead generation and client relationship management to closing high-value property deals. You will play a key role in developing strategic sales initiatives, training sales agents, and building strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential, commercial, and/or investment properties. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Identify new business opportunities, including land acquisition, project launches, and property investment deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and developers. Oversee the preparation and presentation of property proposals and sales documentation. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive inquiries and leads. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to improve skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies relating to property transactions. Report sales performance and market insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field 7+ years of experience in property sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of local property markets, valuation methods, and investment strategies. Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing a sales pipeline. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
