Job description: About our ClientA Hong Kong Listed Developer is looking for a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of Commercial Buildings and Shopping MallsAbout the role

• As a team head and lead a team of over 50 staff to manage a portfolio
• Take lead of building upgrade works, e.g. asset enhancement projects, iot sensor upgrade
• Responsible for ESG initiatives, e.g. collect sustainability data, work with consultant on green buildings certificates
• Coordinate with leasing, technical and other business units to ensure operation and tenants are being well served
• Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
• Review annual maintenance works proposal, management budget and cost control documents

The successful applicants

• Degree holder in property management, real estate and related disciplines
• 15 years or above solid working experience in Property Management, especially on Commercial
• Professional memberships in Property Management is preferred
• Strategic, Independent and Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant General Manager – Property Management
