Job description: Wind Power Asset Development Financing Experience : At least 3 years of practical experience in financing wind power asset development, with an understanding of the full process of the wind power industry, including early-stage project planning, mid-stage operational management, and late-stage asset exit strategies. Cross-Border Financing Project Management Experience : Given the overseas focus of the role, candidates should have experience managing cross-border financing projects, with an understanding of strategies and techniques for managing projects across different cultural and business environments. Risk Assessment and Management Experience : Extensive risk assessment and management work is required during the wind power financing process, necessitating practical experience in risk assessment and management in real-world projects. Business Negotiation Experience : The development of wind power assets involves substantial negotiations with various parties (banks, owners, etc.), requiring proven business negotiation experience in actual projects. Southeast Asia Market Experience : As the role targets overseas markets, candidates must have experience in financing within these markets, be familiar with the preferences and processes of local financial institutions, and understand the dynamics and regulations of the Southeast Asia market. Responsibilities : Manage and implement financing needs for wind power asset development and transactions in the Southeast Asia region. Assist the development team in business negotiations and financial tasks with local banks and various clients, including project evaluation, risk assessment, financing strategies, and business model design. Monitor and stay updated on energy policies and market trends in Southeast Asia to provide decision-making support for project financing and exit strategies. Collaborate closely with internal and external departments and teams to ensure smooth project advancement and implementation. Responsible for financing risk management and control of projects, including financial data analysis and forecasting. Maintain and expand relationships with regional banks on a daily basis. This role can be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Jakarta, Indonesia; the Philippines; or Vietnam. Requirements : At least 10 years of financing experience, preferably in the energy industry. Familiarity with the entire corporate financing process and a strong understanding of related risks and policies. Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, with the ability to effectively evaluate financing projects and control risks. In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asian energy market, with the ability to accurately grasp market trends and policy directions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with various parties. Proficiency in English and the local language for professional use; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
