Job description: Senior Manager – Programme Risk Management – PMO Location: Dublin / Belfast / Cork Full-time | Permanent | Visa Sponsorship AvailableWe’re working with a leading consultancy that’s hiring a Senior PMO Manager to join their Risk Consulting practice, focused on the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across sectors such as financial services, public sector, telecoms, and energy.This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, and programme assurance-ideally gained in a client-facing or consulting environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee PMO delivery across complex transformation initiativesLead portfolio governance, programme planning, risk and issue managementManage benefits tracking, resourcing, financial oversight, and stakeholder communicationsDrive improvements in PMO frameworks, tools, and best practicesSupport business development, market-facing activity, and internal team coachingKey Requirements:10+ years of PMO / programme delivery experienceExperience in a consulting or client-side advisory role is preferredStrong understanding of project governance, financial management, and change deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are advantageousThis organisation offers flexible hybrid working, a strong career progression path, and a competitive benefits package.Interested in learning more?
