Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Sr. Product ManagerAs a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers & product designers across multiple disciplines, driving strategy, execution, and innovation. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between India-based teams and our US headquarters, aligning product priorities with value creation and business objectives.The Sr. Manager will be responsible for defining and executing roadmaps, leveraging data to drive decision-making, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership & development for a team of ~30 product managers and product designers working across multiple product areas, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Product strategy and execution drive product roadmaps , ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with the product leadership team, engineering, UX, PMO, and other key stakeholders across global teams to drive seamless product development and execution.
• Data-driven decision-making utilizing customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and validate business impact.
• Communicate effectively as the key bridge between the HSC and US-based teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
• Required Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:Years Of Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
• Proven ability to lead and scale teams in a global organization.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across time zones.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of consumer-facing digital products, QSR, e-commerce, or adjacent industries.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact
• Equipped with the digital fluency to be capable of understanding technical constraints and prioritizing and discussing tradeoffs between development and business teams
• Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle (e.g. opportunity identification, product discovery, project execution, and post launch performance measurement and management)
• Deep knowledge of agile & lean methodologies
• Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making across teams and time zones.
• Excellent problem-solving skills ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges
• Strong project/workflow management, prioritization, and negotiating skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results; conscientious about meeting project deadlines
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands with entrepreneurial spirit
• Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

Travel Required:

• Yes Availability to travel up to 15%, including internationally
