You’ll translate complex market and internal data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is also a strong communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally.Key Attributes for Success: * Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in interpreting complex data and generating insights
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Visual Basic and macros)
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., TM1, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion) and reporting tools

What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll conduct in-depth market and competitor research to inform strategic pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals like profitability and market share growth. You’ll design and implement pricing models—including tiered structures, discounts, and promotions—based on factors such as cost, customer value, and demand. Using data analysis, you’ll identify trends and performance gaps, preparing clear reports and insights for senior leadership. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related business field

• 5+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with a concentration on pricing and financial analysis

• Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed

Preferred skills

• MBA or CFA highly desirable
• Experience working within the professional services industry
