Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead and coachselected engineering teams (up to 40 Dynatracers)
• Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
• Strongly collaborate with leadership and peers in engineering locations all across Europe
• Learn from Directors Software Developmentand take over more responsibilities step by step
• Ensure performanceand alignment of your teams
• Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
• Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
• Identify and drive organizational change initiatives

Ihr Profil

• 7-10 years of experience with 3+ years in building and leading a successful software team
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams tackling highly complex and technically challenging components
• Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
• Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to break down, communicate and implement high level strategiesto your area of responsibility
