Novo Nordisk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Supply Planning to oversee the supply chain activities for our oral product portfolio. In this leadership role, you will be responsi-ble for ensuring an efficient and streamlined supply planning process, effectively managing re-sources to meet production and distribution targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support our commitment to delivering quality prod-ucts to patients worldwide.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply planning function for Novo Nordisk’s oral product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that optimize inventory manage-ment, production scheduling, and distribution processes.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, quality, regulatory) and external partners to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to proactively manage supply risks and op-portunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning processes to en-hance operational performance.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply planning team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards within supply planning oper-ations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or re-lated field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven deci-sion-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards applicable to pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
