- Reporting to the Director, Finance Enablement Team, Asia, this role will be responsible for supporting the institutionalization of Asia Financial System Support Model, which would evolve over time. The role will mainly be collecting and providing inputs for Asia for setting the values for code block and attributes for AH/SAP/GR/EFDW and surrounding systems. He/she will work with BAU/BUs for insights/guidance for requirements and functionalities and corporate FSS and DBTS teams on various topics relating to financial systems and enhancement requirements. Ideally 2-3 Sentences

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Tableau, and Python is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as agile
- Experience with business process modelling and documentation, including use cases, process flows, and business/functional requirements.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related products and services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5-year experience from insurance / IT developer / data analysis, plus minimum 3-year experience as business analysis or related role

- Analyse business requirements, identify gaps and facilitate the implementation of financial projects that meet business needs.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, including project scope, resource planning, and timelines.
- Analyse financial data from various sources and develop data analytic models to extract insights for supporting data-driven decision.
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Monitor and measure the success of business solutions, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Steer the CMRs rollout which includes, prioritization, collating and vetting inputs, testing and move to production.
