You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiate and develop sales leadership training strategies to drive agency growth, focusing on increasing active recruiters and young leaders.
  • Implement and monitor agency strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and team development, including High Net Worth business and MCI-focused training.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs (both in-person and online) to improve advisors’ sales and client service competencies.
  • Foster a culture of agency recruitment and develop training specifically targeting IANG and MCI.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through analysis and feedback.
  • Build and mentor a network of trainers to enhance course content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Agency Support, Product Teams) to boost agency sales and retain quality talent.
  • Communicate key information and company directions to agency personnel, gathering feedback for informed decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within agencies for effective management.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring of training logistics, records, and performance reports.

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience in developing, training, and educating sales teams in the financial products sector. Direct sales experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, business operations, and agency distribution systems.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in training development.
  • Expertise in basic and advanced sales techniques and curriculum development for training delivery.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering end-to-end training programs, both face-to-face and online.
  • Experience in sales and leadership training specifically for MCI agents in both Hong Kong and China is highly critical.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required.
