In joining our team, you will be getting in at the beginning of a major initiative to build capability and prepare for the future. You will build and design HR components for a rapidly growing GCC and gain valuable experience and knowledge by working across various capabilities, service offerings, and clients. Working in multifunctional teams, often directly with leaders of Technology verticals, you will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. This role will be uniquely and strategically positioned to advise leaders on a diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce in the evolving GCC landscape.   • Support the GCC Site leadership to manage Employee Lifecyle, Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture and People Transformation in a client environment as an individual contributor through effective consulting and direct team management.
  • Collaborate with corporate Human Resources team and centers of excellence (CoEs).
  • Provide support in key employee life cycle activities not limited to hiring, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, engagement, onboarding, employee benefits, and DEI.
  • Leverage local network, knowledge, and experience to incorporate external thinking into day-to-day operations.
  • Should have strong business knowledge, comprehensive understanding of HR, and specific experience working in GCCs or Technology organization.
  • Own and deliver HR operational expectations of Ferguson GCC, powered by ANSR.
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Help identify HR needs as the GCC grows and build a team over time.
  • Facilitate and support all employee relations issues.
  • Reinforce ways of working, aid local managers in change management & communications.
  • Cultivate a culture of belonging /promote positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide local-level management and team support to a team of professionals, both HR and non-HR on an as-needed basis as the GCC matures and Organizational Structures evolve.
  • This role will act as a Resource Manager during early phases of the GCC, having on-site management responsibility for a small group of Technology associates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 12+ years of HR experience in India which includes HR business partnering as well as CoE experience in large a organization working with a global workforce
  • 4+ years experience working with large global companies / Global Capability Centers
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in HR preferred
  • Outstanding people management skills
  • Proven client relationship skills: Proficient in influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem solving
  • History of leading implementation initiatives in Policies, HR Processes, engagement and retention plans
  • Created various HR analytical reports to drive data related decisions
  • Intercultural awareness & capacity to understand other cultures and ways & working
