Job description: A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre manager in Partnership Distribution to drive the High-net-worth business.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance business relationships with bank brokers, ensuring alignment with company performance metrics and operational standards.

• Expand and deepen partnerships with existing bank brokers while actively identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with new bank partners.

• Deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong relationships with business partners by employing effective problem-solving skills. Liaise with internal departments to address day-to-day issues and ensure high service standards.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while creating significant value for the company through effective business planning and development with both existing and new bank brokers.

• Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support, including the preparation of sales and operational presentations, policy applications, post-sales service support, regular performance reports, and market analysis.

• Organize and support broker training sessions and client events to enhance engagement and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Engage in related projects according to business needs

Requirements:§ Bachelors degree required; a minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry, with at least 6 years in business development roles focused on banking and broker relationships.§ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a commitment to excellent customer service.§ Deep understanding of the banking and insurance markets, including awareness of regulatory environments.§ Energetic, open-minded, self-motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects. A good team player.§ Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is essential.§ Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.§ Ability to work under pressure and effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.§ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with capabilities in data analysis and reporting

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager role
