As the Senior Manager of PV & GDP Audits, you will lead a team of highly engaged and experienced auditors with the goal and responsibility to spot and escalate quality risks by performing PV and GDP audits.
You will interact with stakeholders across the business enabling you to build strong knowledge ultimately leading to clear communication on risks and quality signals to senior management.Your area of responsibility will also include:

  • Leading and qualifying the PV and GDP lead auditor corps.
  • Escalating PV and GDP risks and providing quality recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal audit KPIs, budget, and process efficiency.

By joining Internal Audits, you will contribute to and co-create the strategic agenda of PV and GDP audits across Novo Nordisk.Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who gets motivated by the success of its people and can proactively drive development and improvements to the audit process.
To excel in this role, you:

  • Hold a master’s degree within life sciences, Pharmacy, or similar.
  • Have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership experience.
  • Have a deep understanding of PV and/or GDP principles.
  • Possess full English proficiency.

It will be seen as advantage if you have auditing experience.
On a personal level, you demonstrate excellent stakeholder and leadership skills. You possess strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the quality and audits domain.About the department
In Internal Audits our overall purpose is to safeguard Novo Nordisk license to operate within ISO/GMP, PV and GDP domains. We do this by identifying quality risks across the value chain and actively supporting the organization mitigating quality risks timely. We share our insights, knowledge, and expertise with the business and senior management.
The Internal Audits department has a global footprint with employees located in various locations across the world, but has its biggest footprint in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, where this role is also placed.Working at Novo Nordisk
