Your expertise will not only contribute to our clients’ success but also to the greater good by enhancing trust and confidence in capital markets, resilient business practices and in responsible businesses.Your key responsibilitiesAs Senior Manager in our risk practice, you will be at the forefront of managing and mitigating risks for our diverse clients. Your days will be filled with strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and fostering innovation. You will guide teams through complex risk assessments and control frameworks, ensuring compliance and resilience in a dynamic business landscape. This role involves collaboration across the Nordics, and while based in Denmark, you will have the opportunity to travel and engage with clients throughout the region, and possibly beyond.What we are looking forWe seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also embody our values of integrity, respect, and collaboration. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and third-party risk management.

• Proficiency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills to operate effectively in a multicultural environment, and at senior client-levels.

• A proven track record of leading and developing teams across different geographies.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex risks into clear and actionable strategies.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience from industry.

• Certifications such as CRMA, CISA, or similar.

• Consulting background could be a differentiator.

• A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
