• Lead financial planning: Own and manage the full budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across the group, ensuring precision and alignment with our ambitious growth strategy.
• Turn data into insight: Build and maintain advanced financial models that drive business decisions, scenario planning, and performance management.
• Drive performance analysis: Track and interpret key financial and business KPIs, uncover trends, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner across the business: Collaborate with teams from Credit Risk to Pricing, Data Science, AI and Customer Lifetime Value to align financial priorities and support decision-making.
• Streamline processes: Improve financial systems and planning tools in close cooperation with Data Science, AI, and IT teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Shape strategic direction: Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and support high-impact initiatives that define auxmoney’s future growth.

Profil

• Proven expertise: 6–8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or strategy in a fast-paced environment such as fintech, tech, or financial services. Prior experience in a leading financial consulting or audit firm is a plus
• Educational background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g. WP, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Attention to detail: You combine precision and analytical rigor with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset to drive things forward
• Strategic mindset: You understand the big picture, think in scenarios, and know how to translate financial data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Strong technical foundation: You’re highly skilled in Excel and financial modelling. Experience with tools like Tableau, SQL or modern planning systems is a plus.
• Strong communicator: You can explain complex topics clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and thrive in an international, collaborative setting.
