Job description: Our client within the manufacturing space is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to take lead of their financial reporting team. Target candidates with at least 4+ years solid Big 4 experience, alongside financial reporting and consolidation experience working within large local listed corporations. • Oversee the development and management of the Group’s consolidated financial statements and regular financial reports, ensuring precision and punctuality.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate insightful reports for Senior Management to facilitate informed decision-making
• Prepare consolidation, manage interim and annual reports, as well as business performance updates for the Board.
• Lead the external audit process, ensuring accurate financial disclosures.
• Lead special projects as assigned, including due diligence initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, complemented by relevant professional accounting credentials.
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years at Big4s, and in-house Hong Kong listed corporate experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements and compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholders management, leadership, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and logical approach to cross-function collaboration.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese required.
• Willingness to weekly travel to China
