The successful candidate will play a vital role in not only identifying but also cultivating high-impact event partnership opportunities within the dynamic realms of the entertainment and lifestyle/ art & culture sector.Job Responsibilities

• Identify and access event partnership opportunities within the entertainment industry that align with business goals.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative partnership strategies that align seamlessly with the organization’s overarching vision and mission.
• Lead negotiations and oversee the fiscal aspects of agreements, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with partnership guidelines and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure the seamless execution of partnership initiatives and promotional activities.
• Lead a small team to ensure their efforts with the organization’s strategic imperatives and individual project objectives.
• Handle inquiries and provide support to partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive and professional partnership experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in event partnership/sponsorship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Team management experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
