Job description: Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute promotion plans for new product launches, agency campaigns, district contests, and events. Manage agency communications, Clubs, and Awards programs.Design and implement agency communication initiatives to enhance awareness and boost productivity.Prepare sales analysis reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance, driving sales growth and improving user experience.Foster and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to support them in achieving their targets.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with review and clearance procedures.Create and refine marketing materials (e.g., member briefings, health seminars, sales presentations, newsletters) and collaborate with agency teams for client presentations.Work closely with internal teams to align communication strategies with business goals, supporting product launches and corporate initiatives.Address inquiries and manage administrative tasks for agency channels.Support the Team Head with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant work experience.Prior experience in Sales Promotion or Agency Promotion is highly desirable.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing.Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Manager role.Additional Notes:Relevant professional licenses may be required for roles involving regulated activities.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
