Job description: Job Description:Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile apps and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and third-party providers in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Do campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers.
  • Plan and execute A-B test campaigns to optimize campaign and creative performance.
  • Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to improve customer and user acquisition in an efficient way.
  • Build robust user data management principles and processes within marketing to ensure compliance with local and global regulations

SEO & Website

  • Manage SEO and content optimization for HBL website, liaising with SEO agency and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Ensuring website events and tracking mechanisms are consistent with requirements for user tracking and analytics.
  • Support website security efforts working with Vendor, IT & InfoSec for periodic assessments

New Technology

  • Manage and optimize existing Marketing Technology (MarTech) Stack
  • Identify technology solutions and tools to help improve Digital Marketing overall and specifically Performance Marketing

Agency Management

  • End-to-end relationship management of SEO and Website agencies
  • Maintain KPIs and performance management for agencies

Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate, Majoring in Digital Media, Marketing, MIS

Minimum experience:

  • 6-7 Years of relevant experience

Additional Skills/Qualifications

  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Digital & Technology tools knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
