These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunityWe are a team of cyber security architects and engineers working within the wider DeloitteTechnology and Transformation practice, securing technology capabilities that our clients in theFinancial Services industry deploy, for example, ERP solutions, HR solutions, industry-specificapplications, core banking platforms, and core insurance platforms.We also help to architect and engineer standalone cyber security solutions, such as Cloud Securityand platform capabilities, data loss prevention technologies, DevSecOps pipelines, and solutions inthe Zero Trust networking space.We are seeking a Senior Manager to focus on tech modernisation, DevSecOps, and Cyber & AI to focus on go-to-market, and offering integration.Connect to your skills and professional experienceSuccessful applicants typically have a degree or equivalent experience, with real world experienceworking in cyber security. They are agile thinkers capable of helping stakeholders manage a range ofsecurity challenges. Key skills – not every candidate requires all of these but should be familiarand/or have experience with a majority of these:● Design and architect, lead & deliver large-scale cybersecurity and technology modernisation programs in the context of regulated Financial Services utilising DevSecOps, Cloud and Platform Engineering, Automation, and AI initiatives. Past experience in success delivering these programmes.● Engage with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CTO) and wider client stakeholders (head of architecture, head of engineering, head of AI initiatives, head of platform), cybersecurity and broader technology vendors to drive the above execution and innovation within the team.● Experience in client stakeholder management, business development within technology consulting and financial services.● Expertise with cybersecurity within the context of public cloud architectures and solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI), AI/ML safety, DevSecOps, and software supply chain.● Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, investment management).● Preferably a software engineering background and computer science background.● Experience in AI, GenAI frameworks, LLMs, and AI/ML pipelines○ Prior experience in designing and implementing AI & GenAI frameworks for financial services.○ For example, you have researched and/or established AI risk management frameworks to mitigate bias, hallucinations, and security vulnerabilities.○ Experience designing, leading and delivering AI solutions from ingestion, model training and monitoring use.○ Experienced in delivering secure AI solutions within financial services● Ability to work with regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services.● Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience leading and mentoring large teams as part of delivery and internal structures across global locations.● Ability to work closely with our financial services clients in UK based primarily in London and Edinburgh in their client location● Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently on developing opportunities and delivering engagements with a broader teamQualifications and Experience:A Bachelors or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject is preferred but not critical.Connect to your business – Technology and TransformationDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
