• Develop and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the data platform in collaboration with the product management team and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of a Product Owner and a Delivery Lead to ensure alignment with business goals and platform objectives.
• Define, track, and communicate metrics that measure the success of solutions delivered by the team against desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet the functional and non-functional requirements defined by the product management team.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
• Establish processes for tracking delivery progress and ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring solutions meet the needs of end-users and deliver tangible business value.

The Stuff That Sets You ApartMust-Have Experience:

• Overall 12+ years of experience
• With 6+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing Product Owners and Delivery Leads, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, pipelines, and cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Ability to define and interpret success metrics for data products and solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the retail or fashion industry, with insight into its data and analytics needs.
• Familiarity with Data Ops principles and their application to modern data platforms.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics roles to enhance understanding of platform requirements.

Education:
