Apply today!Job DescriptionSenior Manager, Data Platform EngineeringIn this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for our Snowflake data platforms delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement. Leading a skilled team of engineers and data specialists, youll oversee all aspects of data platform management and change initiatives.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Snowflake data platform, ensuring all platform changes meet high standards and comply with service level agreements.
• Managing and mentoring an engineering team that includes two Senior Data Engineers and a Data Architect.
• Overseeing data model design and data architecture to support scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Setting and monitoring performance metrics for data quality, reliability, and platform efficiency.

The Stuff That Sets You ApartExperience and Skills Required:

• Overall 12+ years of experience
• Significant experience in data platform engineering, with proven leadership in managing teams and delivering large-scale data solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Snowflake and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong expertise in data modelling, data architecture, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline management and ETL processes.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with emerging data tools and techniques that improve platform performance.
