– Implement Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking across business verticals to assess customer loyalty and preferences.Required Skills and Qualifications:– Bachelor\’s degree or higher in business, operations, or customer experience.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or customer experience.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data and trend analysis.
– Experience in CRM and financial data systems, with knowledge of NPS programs.
