Together we can achieve great things.See yourself in our teamThe Group Planning and Delivery Experience team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving CBA’s planning and performance processes. This includes orchestrating the Quarterly Planning Process and collaborating with each Business and Support Unit to enable their planning activities. We govern the frameworks, guidance, processes, and timelines that set the tone for the organisation and help define our strategic direction. More broadly, this team helps drive the Pace/Agile transformation program, focusing on the maturity and simplification of planning and performance to enhance velocity and mature delivery practices.Roles & Responsibilities:Support the orchestration of the quarterly planning cycle and stepping in to lead when required, partnering with each business and support unit to apply Group frameworks, timelines and processes.Support the preparation and implementation activities of key planning forums and leading some of them, including ELT Direction Setting, Dependency Marketplace and eQBR.Deep dive and provide meaningful insights on business and delivery performance – e.g. unplanned work, OKR performance, dependencies, etc.Partner with the Tooling team to simplify end-user experience and enable planning and delivery processes.Lead change management activities to embed key changes across planning and delivery ecosystem, including development of guidance materials, SharePoint space, and comms.Coordinate key dates and timelines across Group planning processes to optimise scheduling and effectiveness of forumsWe’re interested in hearing from people who are:Team players – collaborative, respectful and have an enterprise mindset.Problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a background in strategy, program delivery, or consulting.Experienced in analysing data and performance, and dissecting metrics.Effective collaborators who possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, including ability to challenge the status quo.Exceptional communicators, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Results-driven, with a mindset and focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring key milestones and deliverables remain on track.If this sounds like you, apply today!If you’re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you’ll need to apply through to submit a valid application.
