Job description: Our client is an established law firm with various Klang Valley branches. Key Responsibilities 1) Handle general litigation, civil banking, commercial and contractual disputes 2) Draft and review commercial agreements 3) To prepare submissions and affidavits 4)To conduct Hearings and Full Trials at all Courts independently Key Requirements 1) At least 6 PQE (in active practice) 2) Manage time well and meet deadlines 3) Must have strong drafting and research skills 4) Good command of English and Malay language (able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage) 5) Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and be oriented 6) Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player 7) Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required. 8) Analytical with out-of-the-box thinking, fast learner and committed 9) Passion in litigation with good working ethics and attitude Show more Show less
