• Manage company-related commercial disputes across various industries
• Evaluate complex legal issues and provide guidance on minimizing legal risks to vendors, customers, and third-party issues
• Developing strategies for handling disputes, working with external counsel when necessary, and managing ongoing cases to ensure timely resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including document drafting, evidence preparation, and court representation

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (other languages is a plus)
• Swiss Bar Admission is mandatory
• Min. 6 years of experience in handling high-value corporate and commercial litigation either in-house or at a law firm
• Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Expected salary: Fr.170000 – 200000 per year
