Job description: My client, a sizable shipping company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:Senior Legal Officer (Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions qualified) – (45K – 55K) (top urgent)Requirements:Degree holder or aboveAt least 2 years of post-qualification experience (Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions qualified) gained in a major law firm and/or in-house.Solid knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, IP/IT, regulatory and compliance, litigation and dispute resolution.
