• Provide strategic advice to HKTB’s Head Office and Worldwide Offices on a wide range of legal issues in relation to HKTB’s business matters and day-to-day operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in multiple disciplines.
• Provide legal advisory and support on internal policies and procedures, corporate governance and other legal instruments for HKTB.
• Assist with any contentious matters or potential legal issues arising.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ post qualification experience. In-house experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in handing commercial contracts, ideally with experience in corporate governance, policy drafting and personal data privacy.
• Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate legal issues and potential risks.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Resilient with the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, able to engage at different levels.
• Senior Legal Manager position is open to candidates with demonstrated and extensive legal experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Legal Manager. Candidates from private practice are welcome to apply.
