Job description: We have been instructed on an excellent opportunity to work with an entity in Abu Dhabi who invest in opportunities locally, regionally and internationally, across asset classes that diversify and enhance the economy of the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel who will report directly to the General Counsel, and will provide specific expertise in Corporate M&A matters and investment transactions cross-border, including private equity and fund structuring.Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk management, having extensive experience of working with government owned entities.
