Job description: As Senior Legal Business Partner in Bang & Olufsen’s legal team, you will play a key part in shaping the evolution of our legal function; translating complex legal frameworks into pragmatic, commercially sound solutions that support strategic goals across global markets. You will be part of a skilled team, shaping our legal approach to sales operations, and ensuring we stay agile, compliant, and future-ready in an ever-changing commercial landscape.Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day legal advice to the commercial teams globally including legal advice on selective distribution set-up, channel development and service set-up, to mention a few
• Supporting the commercial teams with solid legal solutions and tools to timely reach strategic initiatives and business goals
• Overseeing and project managing external counsels and litigation matters globally
• Drafting, negotiating and handling complex contracts (such as M&A, financing, leaseholds, store builds and upgrades.)
• Implementing and monitoring competition law awareness and compliance
• Managing global business regulatory issues as and when such occur
• Executing projects related to the continuous development and enhancement of the Legal team and its support for the business

What you bringWe are seeking a senior candidate with at least 10 years’ experience in a comparable area, who is ready to contribute immediately.Moreover, we value:

• Danish law firm experience (“advokatbestalling”)
• A strategic and business-oriented mind-set.
• In-house experience in an international company
• Experience in retail or luxury industry
• The confidence and clarity to make difficult decisions and implement process improvements
• Great interpersonal skills that help you engage and navigate across all levels of the organisation and with diverse stakeholders
• A cooperative mindset that encourages teamwork, paired with the ability to take initiative when appropriate
• Able to build effective relationships and develop a positive team culture
• Fluency in English and a good sense of humour are equally important
