• Base salary range: Level C, $139,000 – $159,893 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

• Develop and deliver innovative and high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Sustainable Business and Responsible Management.
• Lead and collaborate in impactful research initiatives, publish in top-tier journals, secure competitive research funding, and foster research partnerships at local, national and international level.
• Contribute to the governance and community life within the School, the University professional associations, and external collaborations and contribute to team activities.

About you

• PhD in an academic field relevant to the Management and Organisations discipline group (with specific reference to Sustainable Business and Responsible Management practices).
• Demonstrate an emerging record of excellence in the development and delivery of curricula and the use of innovative teaching approaches, assessment and materials for units and courses.
• Experience in the mentoring of junior colleagues, demonstrators and tutors, where relevant.
• A strong track record in excellence in research at a national level evidenced by a series of peer-reviewed journal articles published in high quality journals.
• Demonstrable experience of leading public engagement activities that promote research and/or education outcomes, and strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders including government and industry.
