Job description: The Senior IT Governance Manager role will play a crucial role in leading the technology direction and ensuring the successful implementation of the IT strategy. • Leading the security team in implementing relevant programs.
• Managing the development and implementation of the IT strategy, writing IT standards and policies for the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with IT governance and standards.
• Collaborating with various departments to optimize technology usage.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring the IT systems align with the company’s objectives.
• Coordinating with IT vendors and service providers.
• Leading the IT team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

理想的求职者A successful Senior IT Governance Manager:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Information Technology or related fields. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, equivalent or above.
• Experience in managing IT governance and security across project management, document set-up, operation management and so on.
• Hands-on and technically proficient in all IT security matters.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of IT compliance and risk management.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH or any relevant IT security certificates are preferred.
