- Responsible for SMT KPI eg. Inventory Variance, Cost Per Placement, Internal Defect Cost, Year End PI result, Line Utilization, Build To Schedule, etc.
- Perform regular materials analysis and adjustment to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate regular Plant Physical Inventory count activities for MOE1.
- Serve as SAP Key User for MOE1. Actively participate in SAP improvement project. Attending to SAP related matter occasionally as Key User even in odd hours.
- Leading Materials team for periodical inventory cycle count activities and goods backflush activities.
- Regular monitoring of SLED (Shelf Life Expiry Device), MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) and Aging part and trigger relevant party for timely disposition.
- Ensuring timely adjustment of physical variance part, drive relevant parties for root cause analysis and to define measures.
- Ensuring all materials/goods transaction are done correctly and timely.
- Ensuring timely reporting with accuracy eg. machines thrown out parts, placement count, Transfer Order Open Status, etc.
- Daily monitoring on materials movement and TO (Transfer order) among warehouse, SMT, MI and FA.
- To lead a group of Material Handler and Leader on their daily duties and to conduct their annual performance evaluation.
- Leading materials team for continuous improvement projects.
- Any tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in related field.
- Leading a large group of operation with
10 headcount * Preferable to have practical experiences in SAP knowledge.
- Good in PFMEA, Quality, product knowledge, 8-D methodology, drill deeps skill sets for problem solving.
- Good English writing and oral communication skills.
- Good team player, cooperative, communicative with the ability to lead others.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work independently.
- Always striving for continuous improvement.
