Known for its quality, sustainability, and global reach, this business continues to grow from strength to strength – and they’re now looking to bring a Senior International Brand Manager on board to drive strategic brand growth across key markets.The Opportunity:As Senior International Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and performance of a well-established brand across international markets. You’ll work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to drive brand equity, market share, and commercial growth -ensuring consistency globally while tailoring messaging and strategies to suit regional market needs.Key Responsibilities:Brand Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of global brand strategy in alignment with business and market objectives.
- Act as brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all regions.
- Inspire internal and external stakeholders with a clear brand vision.
People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of assistant brand managers and junior marketers.
- Set team KPIs, provide coaching, and support professional growth.
- Ensure effective delegation while maintaining strategic ownership.
Market & Consumer Insight
- Monitor international market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscapes.
- Translate insights into data-led actions, campaigns, and innovation opportunities.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Oversee integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and retail channels.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies.
- Lead the creation and global rollout of brand toolkits, ensuring local execution is timely and on-brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, commercial, supply chain, and digital teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Support local marketing teams with assets, guidance, and performance feedback.
Product & Innovation Management
- Collaborate with product development to shape the global innovation pipeline.
- Lead go-to-market planning and delivery for new product launches internationally.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between local markets, commercial leadership, and global executives.
- Present strategy updates, performance metrics, and growth plans to senior stakeholders.
Performance & Data
- Own global dashboards and monitor key KPIs including brand equity, sales, market share, and ROI.
- Continuously evolve strategy using real-time insights and business feedback.
What You Bring:Essential:
- 6+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 3 in a global or international leadership capacity.
- Background in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong experience managing brand strategies across diverse global markets.
- Track record in both strategic thinking and tactical campaign delivery.
- Experience with new product development and global launches.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Desirable:
- Multilingual or experience working in culturally diverse markets.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
