Job description: Our client is a large Irish Multinational who are looking for a Qualified Accountant (0-4 years PQE) to join their team as a Senior Internal Auditor in a permanent role.ABOUT THE ROLE:This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop one’s career in newly created and growing IA Function, reporting directly to the head of the department.Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support business functions in overseeing and implementing internal control reviews and improvements.
• Assessing risk and making recommendations for remediation and improvement.
• Project management of a number of key initiatives.
• Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Other related ad hoc activities, as required.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) with 0-4 years PQE.
• Prior Internal Audit experience is preferred.
• Commercial mind-set and value-add focus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Expected salary: €70000 – 80000 per year
