Share in the successes and rewards that we’ll build as a team.How you will make an impact:The incumbent is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Internal Audit provides management with valuable insights by identifying opportunities for enhancement, assessing compliance, and boosting overall organizational performance.
- Conduct Audits: Perform financial and operational audits, along with ad hoc reviews.
- Develop Audit Programs: Develop audit programs and conduct testing as part of the audit process.
- Prepare Findings: Prepare draft audit findings, provide practical recommendations, and follow up on identified issues.
- Internal Reports: Prepare internal audit reports and presentations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal clients and management to develop actionable plans.
- Risk Management Support: Support managers in risk management exercise, including liaising with cross-departmental teams on risk assessments, monitoring emerging risks, and preparing risk reports.
- Task Management: Manage multiple assigned tasks while maintaining flexibility.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in external / internal audit, internal control, or risk management, preferably from a sizeable audit firm or corporate environment.
- Exposure to property, construction, and hotel businesses is highly advantageous.
- Professional accounting or auditing designation, or significant progress towards obtaining such a designation, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive and highly motivated team player
- Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the role of Internal Auditor.
